Account details: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture so we can create and secure your account.
Usage data: the files you clean, the settings attached to each job and the plan on your account are stored so your cleanups stay available in My Cleanups.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) are used to keep the service reliable and to prevent abuse.
How we use your information
We use your information to operate the cleanup workspace, deliver subscriptions purchased through Stripe, respond to support requests and improve the product.
We never sell your personal information, and we do not use your images to train third-party models.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe receives the information required to process your subscription under its own privacy policy.
Data retention and your rights
Your account data is retained while your account is active so your cleanups remain accessible. You can request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by writing to support@geminiwatermarkremover.lol.
Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct, export or restrict the processing of your personal data.
